Northern Cinema Guide considers partnerships that fit its focus on cinema, northern places and thoughtful viewing. Commercial placements are clearly labelled and kept separate from independent editorial decisions.

Relevant collaborations

Possible collaborations include clearly marked promotional features, event or screening notices, and partner placements relevant to film audiences and northern screen culture. A proposal should explain the subject, intended format, timing and what the partner would provide. We do not imply endorsement simply because a placement appears here.

Placement and labelling

Accepted partner placements may appear in designated promotional areas across the site, including pages where readers browse related material. Each paid or partner item is labelled at the point of display. Labels make the commercial relationship visible rather than relying on a general notice elsewhere.

Editorial boundaries

Partners do not choose the conclusions of independent articles, purchase favourable coverage or remove a clearly disclosed criticism. We may decline proposals that do not fit the subject, cannot be labelled clearly or would confuse promotion with editorial work. Send proposals through the Contact page.
